Does bleeding stack independantly?
Hello all! Just picked up Guild Wars a few days ago. Not a newb to RPG's, but a newb here.
Do multiple bleeding instances stack? I know it stacks with other effects, but if you strike with sever artery twice before the first effect wears off, will that stack to minus 6 arrows bleeding deterioration? |

No every condition may be on an enemy only once.

when you see the upside down arrow in your opponent's health bar after using severe artery, that's a good time to use the gash skill.

Yeah, I use the gash too, I was thinking when a creature enemy was close, I wouldn't have to waste the 8 adrenaline points. I could let the bleed kill him and switch to someone else.
Thanks! |

Just to have this confirmed: Bleeding causes 3 pips of health regeneration?

My Sever Artery causes bleeding for 21 seconds and my swordsmanship is 12. Adrenaline is easy to get if you use Flurry or Frenzy. I like Flurry better since you dont lose extra health. It will charge your adren skills up rather quickly. Combo that with Hundred Blades and your adren skills will charge quicker than you can use them lol. After using sever artery you can usually use gash 2 or 3 times before the foe quits bleeding. |

Thx for the info. I did offcourse mean health DEgeneration, thx for the correction. So, is it 21 seconds of 3 health degeneration at sword level 12? If so, I think i have underestimated the effect of bleeding.

Whoever posted about hundred blades.. Ever come to think that since hes asking this question and he said hes new to the game he wouldn't have that skill? Or flurry for that matter. Since you get hundred blades at the very end of the game..

Besides, if you try to combine hundred blades and flurry then you'll run out of MP. With 2 regen pips, you'll get approximately 5 energy every 5ish seconds, just enough for one 5 mp skill such as flurry. Try hundred blades and you won't have any adreniline/mana pretty soon.

Hitting someone with bleeding over and over won't stack the degen, but it will reset the timer. So if you hit someone with a 21 second bleed and then 18 seconds later you hit them again, the bleed resets to another 21 seconds.
